Bot List Top is a free service that showcases Discord bots. We only process publicly available bot data and limited account information obtained through Discord OAuth2 to verify ownership.

2. Information We Collect

  • Public bot details: names, IDs, avatars, descriptions, tags, and invite links.
  • Account identifiers: your Discord user ID and username when you log in or submit a listing.
  • Usage analytics: basic logs including IP address and user agent for security and troubleshooting.
  • Support messages: content you send to contact@valloic.dev or through our contact forms.

3. How We Use Information

  • Publish and maintain public bot listings.
  • Verify that you own a bot before approving submissions.
  • Protect the platform from abuse and enforce our terms.
  • Respond to support requests and account deletion enquiries.
  • Send important notices about policy or feature changes.

4. Premium & Payments

If we introduce a premium API subscription, billing will be handled entirely by Stripe. Stripe acts as the payment processor and shares transaction metadata (for example, subscription status) with us. We never store or process credit card numbers on our servers.

5. Data Retention

We retain bot listing data while it remains published or until you request removal. Support communications are kept for up to 12 months to track resolutions. Server logs are deleted within 30 days unless required for security investigations.

6. Your Rights

  • Request access to the data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your account or bot listings.
  • Object to processing when legally applicable.

7. Data Security

We apply industry-standard security practices including TLS encryption, access controls, and regular patching. Because the platform uses public data, exposure risks remain limited, but we still monitor for unauthorised access attempts.

8. International Users

Bot List Top is operated from the European Union. By using the service, you consent to processing in France and any other country where we or our service providers operate.

Public Data Only

Listings display public Discord metadata. We never request passwords or direct message content, and we do not monitor private servers.

Easy Deletion

Email contact@valloic.dev to remove your account or listings. We will confirm completion within 24 hours.

Stripe Partnership

Future premium transactions route through Stripe, ensuring PCI compliance and secure handling of billing information.
