Reporting Issues

Found a bug or noticed suspicious activity? Report it to our moderation team. Please include the bot ID, screenshots if possible, and any steps to reproduce the issue.

  • Open a ticket in our Discord server for urgent issues
  • Email us for serious incidents or security concerns
Support Availability

Our moderation team is distributed across multiple time zones. Response times may vary, but we aim to reply within:

  • 12 hours for urgent moderation requests
