Welcome to Bot List Top. These terms explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you when you browse, list, or interact with bots on the platform.
By accessing or using Bot List Top, you agree to these Terms of Service and our related policies. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site. The service is currently free and relies exclusively on publicly available Discord data.
You must be at least 13 years old and comply with Discord's Terms of Service to use the platform. Authentication is handled through Discord OAuth2 solely to verify ownership of bot listings. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we detect misuse, fraud, or violations of these terms.
Votes are designed to represent community sentiment. Automated or fraudulent voting is prohibited. We reserve the right to reset vote counts or suspend listings that manipulate rankings.
All current features are free. If we release a premium subscription, it will be limited to advanced API access (such as automated vote commands). Stripe will process 100% of related payments. Subscriptions will be optional, and refunds are handled through Stripe's dispute process.
We may change pricing or scope of premium features with reasonable notice via email and the site.
You retain ownership of your bot branding and content. By submitting a listing, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display that content on Bot List Top and related promotional materials.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Bot List Top is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms to reflect regulatory changes or new features. We will post the updated version on this page and notify registered users when changes are material. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Bot List Top highlights community-built Discord bots. We rely entirely on public data and never request privileged access to your Discord account.
