Privacy policy

We keep data handling simple: limited Discord identifiers, public bot metadata, and the minimum required to offer our service.

1. Data we collect

When you authenticate via Discord we store your user ID, username, discriminator, and avatar. For bot listings we keep the details you submit (descriptions, invite links, tags) and public Discord metadata.

Support tickets or emails you send may include additional contact information; we use this solely to respond to you.

2. How information is used

Publish bot listings and show owner details.
Verify ownership and moderate submissions.
Track votes and bumps to prevent abuse.
Respond to support or takedown requests.
Notify you about policy changes where required.

3. Retention & deletion

Listings remain online until you remove them. Vote logs are trimmed after 30 days. Support communications are purged within 12 months. You may request deletion of your account or bot via contact@valloic.dev.

4. Security

All traffic is encrypted with TLS. Access to moderation panels is restricted to approved staff. We avoid storing secrets unnecessarily and patch infrastructure regularly.

We only use Discord OAuth.
No payment data is stored on our servers.
Logs retained for 30 days maximum.
Support tickets answered within 24 hours.

Regulatory compliance

The platform is operated from the EU. Data processing complies with GDPR principles and is limited to legitimate interests required to operate the listing.
