Automated voting, vote manipulation, or incentives that violate Discord’s rules are prohibited. We can reset votes or suspend listings that abuse rankings.
Moderators may request additional information, reject listings, or revoke certification when policies are breached. Audit logs are retained for accountability.

All current functionality is free. If premium API access launches, payments will be processed by Stripe and covered by separate billing terms.
Bot List Top is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may revise these terms and will notify registered users about significant changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
